Consent to the Processing of Personal Data

By submitting an inquiry or application on the website https://interpolitec.su (hereinafter also the “Website”), by creating an account, and/or by accepting the offer published on the Website, the User accepts this Consent to the Processing of Personal Data.

The User, acting freely, of their own will and in their own interests, and confirming their legal capacity, hereby gives their consent to the journal “Problems in Political Economy” to process their personal data, both with and without the use of automated means, for the purposes of handling incoming inquiries from individuals (Users) including providing consultations and sending comments to individuals (Users); analyzing the actions of an individual (User) on the Website and ensuring the Website’s operation; and fulfilling obligations under the offer agreement accepted by the User on the Website. In the event the data subject (User) withdraws consent to the processing of personal data, the journal “Problems in Political Economy” shall have the right to continue processing such personal data in cases provided for by paragraphs 2–11 of Part 1 of Article 6, paragraphs 2–10 of Part 2 of Article 10, and Part 2 of Article 11 of the Federal Law No. 152-FZ of July 27, 2006 “On Personal Data.”
